You can use one guest name when making reservation. We require at least one guest name for each room
at time of check-in. This is done in order to prevent the confusion. |

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out time? |

You can request early check-in or late check-out with us during check-in
process. However, this entire request is not guaranteed. Late check-out after 12
noon is another full night charge.
Early check-in is possible around 12 noon and subject to room availability. If
you would like to guarantee early check-in, we require you to reserve your room
in advance. |

What is your room cancellation policy? |
|

If you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason, you have to notify
us at least 72 hours before your check-in date for full refund. If you notify us
less than 48 hours before your check-in date, there will be $25 administrative
fee charged to your credit card and the rest of your money will be completely
refunded to your account. There is a one night penalty at the regular daily rate
if your reservation is cancelled in whole or in part with less than 24 hours
notice. |
